Delivery and payment:

Order must be completed and dispatched not later than thirty (30) working days after its receipt, if the goods are available in a warehouse at the time of preparing of the order. Future orders will be carried out after receiving of payment to the account of FSUE Publishing and Trading Centre "Marka" for the previous fulfilled order.

Delivery of products is carried out by COD conditions (only on the territory of the Russian Federation) in the form of parcels with the declared value.
The fee for parcel with a declared value is charged by post for each full and partial 500 grams of weight.

In order to avoid damages during handling and shipping of products, orders are carefully packed in accordance with the Postal Service regulations.
Cost of the order is the sum of ordered products and shipping charges including insurance charge.

Recipient should check the integrity of the packaging when he/she receives parcels with the order. In case of obvious signs of opening of the parcel, or its deformation the recipient should contact the head of post office, check the content of the parcel according to the list of enclosures in the presence of a postal worker and, if necessary, make appropriate entry in the documents. 

When customer receives parcels he/she is obliged to pay the price of the order. Customers who didn’t pay for the parcels would not be serviced in the future.

Future orders will be carried out after receiving of payment for the previous fulfilled order. Products must be purchased within 10-15 days after the day when they were delivered to the Postal Shop. At the expiration of the term, orders will be dissolved and customers will not be serviced in the online store in the future.

Terms of delivery are from 2 to 4 days for the administration cities and from 3 to 7 days for the other settlements, from the day of readiness of the order.

Delivery is carried out by COD conditions. Total cost will consist of the tariff on the price of goods + delivery + tariff for the declared value and tariff for transfer of money (6% of the amount deposited).
